It was a pleasant experience. The breakfast offered lots of local meals. The rooms were fashionable, brand-new, and had a dining area and a kettle. All the services were exceptional!

Ideal and clean accommodation with particularly good location short walk to super market, all attractions, and Termini train station. Nicely furnished and great-sized room plus with bathroom. Great location - just next to the train station. We stumbled upon Imperium Pub, a cool spot with awesome drinks a short 100 meters away. the breakfast they served was nice, complete with some yummy sweets included 😉.

The LOCAL food was a good touch. We took an economy double room with a private safe, central heating, and an iron, it was bright.

As adventurous travelers, we loved that the hotel was located just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with separate rooms in the suite for added privacy. The TVs, bathrooms, and storage space were great, and having a fridge in our room was convenient. The mini-market nearby was a bonus for picking up snacks and drinks. Breakfast provided a satisfying selection of eggs, toast, ham, cheese, yogurt. The lift was a lifesaver for carrying our six suitcases. The location was ideal for exploring Rome, with the hop-on, hop-off bus stop and reasonably priced restaurants within easy walking distance.

We felt very well taken care of, and nothing was too much trouble.

Nice and clean, we had the room with the separate bathroom (located next to the breakfast room) as that was one of the only rooms available in Rome the night we stayed. The bedroom is quite large and very comfortable,with no outside noise from the busy streets. The bathroom is small but was only for our use and was very clean and modern. We would happily stay there again and it's great value for money. Only 2mins walk to Rome Termini (Central) Station.

As others have said it is hard to find. The hotel entry is on the left side of the intersection though there is no actual number on the door. Number 10c is on the right side of the intersection and is a small souvenir shop, but it does have a number! So when you find 10c, turn left and cross the intersection, there you will find the big brown door and a little security panel with "Casa Di Eddy"

Good location, close to Termini station. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was kind and friendly. There was a variety of fresh fruit and bread/pastries for breakfast.

The street where it is located is not the best one in the neighbourhood (it doesn't feel that safe at night), although you can find a lively atmosphere with shops and restaurants in the parallel, Principe Amedeo. The room is carefully decorated but it looked a bit presumptuous.

Everything was simply great. Truly enjoyed our stay in this absolutely charming and nice hotel with the good staff. The breakfast in the morning was satisfactory and complete with sweets.

The location of this place is fantastic, being right next to Maria Maggiore Church and the Vittorio Emanuele Metro Station, and the staff here are not only professional but also incredibly helpful, making everything about the experience truly exceptional.
